Capo for mac is a simple program that makes it easier to tab or learn songs by ear. You simply drag a song into the program and it will offer a multitude of options that make tabbing a song out or playing along real easy.
For example, the program allows you to change the speed of a song. So you can slow it down, making it easier to hear every note. Additionally, there is a looping option that enables the player repeat a section of the song. This can be useful for tabbing a song out or building speed on a particular section.
Tablature Search Engine
Published on 04/11/2010 by Elwood | 266 views.I'm not sure if there is a market for a tablature search engine, but I've been experimenting with googles custom search engine service and thought I'd put a simple search engine geared towards finding tablatures a try. The custom search engine lets you select the sites that will be indexed.
Doing this has allowed me to add my favorite tablature sites, while ignoring the lyric sites that you tend to get when searching for tabs and some of the crappier spammier sites. Hopefully this will make looking for tabs easier - and only provide users with the higher quality tabs.
